Lindsey Jacobellis (USA) and Pierre Vaultier (FRA) were both victorious at the Nokia Snowboard FIS World Cup.

Jacobellis, who is already the reigning World Champion, secured her season's fourth win, beating Canada's Maelle Ricker and Switzerland's Mellie Francon into second and third place respectively.

Vaultier, along with Paul-Henri Delerue and Vincent Valery, all from France, were the first three to pass the finishing line. This was Vaultier's fourth World Cup win and the first French total podium sweep in five years.

Jacobellis, who crashed into a finishing arch, told FIS News: "That was a painful victor. I noticed that I was falling and just tried to aim for the finish line.

"That this happened is a good sign that we are at the end of the season and that my body is pretty tired."

Jacobellis is now 150 points behind Ricker, who is currently snowboardcross leader.
